When Colorado lawmakers decided to legalize the use of cannabis products in the state, they send shock waves across the entire United States. As any applicant needs to prove their level of moral standards, they need to attach a letter regarding the kind of character they have which they have to obtain from their local police station. All of these requirements are in place to ensure that the industry maintains a highly regarded reputation.

She then also states that while the requirements set for owners of these dispensaries are quite strict, the state has also set certain requirements for employees. All employees of dispensaries are prohibited from using any of the products they sell. The government requires that owners of a recreational marijuana dispensary must do random drug tests on their employees and the outcome of these tests does determine their future in the business.
