The Articles of Confederation were ratified on March 1, 1781 by the colonies but unfortunately, they were not adequate. According to the Articles, the Federal Government lacked sufficient powers in order to govern and this was a problem.  It was clear that the Articles needed to be modified or replaced and this was done by a very educated men, James Madison. Who is the father of the constitution is a very common question even these days and all citizens should know that this is James Madison.  When it comes to our country’s Presidents, unfortunately we can talk about the worst presidents of the States because they are the ones who made a series of bad decisions that affected our country.

Who Is the Father of The Constitution?

James Madison was responsible for drafting the constitution and to do so, together with other educated men he studied the forms of government of various countries and took some ideas from the Magna Carta, which was written in 1215. It was on September 17, 1787 that the Constitution was signed. The Articles, that served as the first Constitution of the states, had numerous flaws and the main problem was that they did not give the government enough authority to do what a national government should do. Who is the father of the constitution? James Madison.

Under the Articles, it was impossible for the Government to perform a variety of necessary tasks such as:
•    Establish a single currency
•    Gather taxes to pay for its operation
•    Regulate trade
•    Enforce laws
•    Set a national judicial system.
As such, revising the Articles became a necessity and those in charge of this aspect soon realized that this was impossible. As such, they started to create a new founding document and that is the Constitution.  https://foundershope.com/ Who is the Father of the Constitution ?  James Madison together with other men wrote it and afterwards it was initially ratified by 9 states. Shortly thereafter, the remaining 4 states ratified the Constitution.  This became the controlling document of the states and its importance has not changed over the years. Our Constitution as we know it, is still used by our government and presidents in order to rule our country.

Who Are the Worst Presidents of the States?

There are Presidents who did not have a major impact on our Country and there are those who managed to make the worst decisions during their Presidency. The Country suffered as a result of their decisions. Several presidents had to deal with the fact that the South refused to abolish slavery and they did nothing about this.  This is why they deserve to have a place in the ranking of the worst presidents of the States that includes the following names:

Rutherford B. Hayes (1877-1881)- he is the one who did not understand how important the reconstruction of the south was and who did not send any troops to the South to establish and maintain order there

Benjamin Harrison (1889-1893)- he will always be remembered for placing high tariffs on imports; his decision led to a significant loss of imported goods and it affected the economic activity of the United States; he is responsible for the economic collapse that took place in 1893 and the great depression.

Herbert Hoover (1929-1933)- he is believed to have caused the Great Depression for he is the one who put forward the Tariff Act of 1930.

Franklin D. Roosevelt (1933-1945)- he is known for the New Deal legislation according to which people were paid even if their work was unproductive. He did not support the productive use of the industrial capability of the States.

Barack Obama (2009-2017)- he did not make any progress at all as far as international trade is concerned for he surrendered to our competitors; the legislative bills did not pass during his administration.

In fewer words, these are the  https://foundershope.com/ worst presidents  of the United States because they have failed to represent us and our interests properly, they failed to manage our country and to steer it in the right direction when needed.

Who Is the Father of The Constitution?

The Constitutional Convention took place in 1871 and it was George Washington who presided over it. What is important to underline is that he had no contribution as far as the writing of the text is concerned. Who is the father of the constitution? There is only one answer to this question and this is James Madison, because he is the one who created the documents that served as a model for the Constitution. The final version of the Constitution was submitted to the States for ratification. Afterwards, James Madison together with John Jay and Alexander Hamilton wrote 85 articles that are known as the Federalist Papers. These articles were meant to shade light on different passages of the Constitution: they explained everything in simple terms to the general public so that the citizens could understand the meaning.

In the 18th century most people were not educated, the economy was mostly agrarian and children were not sent to school because they had to stay and work on their farms. It was mainly leaders and those who came from wealthy families who were able to go to school, read books and understand what they are about. These leaders were highly educated but the rest of the population was not. Unfortunately, for today’s teachers the socialist ideology is of great importance and they educate our children in spirit of this ideology. Our Founding Fathers believed in individual freedom and responsibility and we should too. Our Constitution should still serve as our controlling document even if it was written more than 200 years ago. We need to use it as a guiding document of our country in order to make the best decisions for our people, for their freedom and rights. Unfortunately, there are Presidents who fail to understand this and who remain in the history as the worst presidents of the States because of the decisions they made during their administrations.
