You may fight back but stress, worries, heartbreaks or emotional upheavals leave their mark and are often life altering ones that change the course of life. Some withdraw from the world or people around them, some plunge into their work or activities to rise from the situation and others often unknowingly resort to emotional eating which in turn causes obesity and weight-related problems. Binge eating or craving can be harmless if practiced once in a while. However, if it becomes a practice and goes beyond your control it is a lifestyle change that can affect you greatly.
