been taken I’ve called them to ask for my money back and they’ve refused as I didn’t cancel within the 14 days! I explained again to them that I hadn’t received
 
I received the items on Thursday 28th July. Hydroplenage Reviews On Monday 1st August u took 2 payments of £89.95 from my account. I haven’t even had the products with me for 5 days. How can you justify this when you say it’s a 14 day trial.I am therefore demanding that you refund me my £89.95 x 2 monies which you fraudulently took from my account.I ordered the “free” trial which I am still yet to receive I checked my bank account today and found a charge of £89.96 had been taken I’ve called them to ask for my money back and they’ve refused as I didn’t cancel within the 14 days! I explained again to them that I hadn’t received the products so how could I cancel but they still refused to refund me, they then had the cheek to ask if I had any comments to make on their customer service! http://www.lumagenexuk.co.uk/hydroplenage-reviews/
