When the air is cooled to below the dew point temperature, the water vapor in the air will condense into water. Remove the condensed water and reheat it to obtain low-humidity air. The cooling source of air can use the refrigerant, ice water or brine of the freezer. Modern refrigerating dehumidifiers usually use special compressors for refrigerating dehumidifiers. The principle of high-standard refrigerated dehumidifier humidity concept.

Single-stage refrigeration cycle system

Single-stage refrigerators are a widely used type of refrigerators, which can be used in ice making, air conditioning, food refrigeration and industrial production processes. The single-stage refrigeration cycle refers to the four processes of compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system to complete the cycle of the single-stage refrigeration machine, that is, to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The refrigeration system is composed of an evaporator, a single-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an ammonia storage device, an ammonia liquid separator, a throttle valve and other auxiliary equipment, which are connected to each other through a pipe to form a closed system.

Among them, the evaporator is a device that transports cold energy. After the liquid refrigerant evaporates, it absorbs the heat of the object to be cooled to achieve refrigeration; the compressor is the heart of the system, which plays the role of inhaling, compressing, and transporting refrigerant vapor; the oil separator is used for sedimentation Separate the oil in the compressed refrigerant vapor; the condenser condenses the high-temperature refrigerant vapor discharged from the compressor into a saturated liquid; the ammonia storage device is used to store the refrigerant ammonia liquid condensed in the condenser, and adjust the gap between the condenser and the evaporator The relationship between the supply and demand of refrigerant ammonia; the ammonia separator is an important accessory equipment in the ammonia gravity liquid supply system; the throttle valve throttles and reduces the pressure of the refrigerant while controlling and regulating the flow of the refrigerant liquid into the evaporator. And the system is divided into two parts, the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side.

Two-stage refrigeration cycle system

The two-stage refrigeration cycle is developed on the basis of the single-stage refrigeration cycle. Its compression process is carried out in two stages. The refrigerant vapor from the evaporator first enters the low-pressure stage cylinder and is compressed to intermediate pressure, and then enters the high-pressure stage after intermediate cooling. The stage cylinder is compressed to the condensing pressure and enters the condenser. Generally, when the evaporating temperature is between -25°C and -50°C, a two-stage compressor should be used for refrigeration. The refrigeration system is composed of an evaporator, a two-stage compressor, an oil separator, a condenser, an intercooler, an ammonia storage device, an ammonia liquid separator, a throttle valve and other auxiliary equipment, etc., which are connected to each other by pipes to form a closed system . Among them, the intercooler uses a small amount of liquid refrigerant to vaporize and absorb heat at an intermediate pressure to cool the superheated steam discharged from the low-pressure stage, reduce the suction temperature of the high-pressure stage, and at the same time cool the high-pressure liquid refrigerant.

Principle of refrigerant operation

The high-temperature gas refrigerant entering the condensing coil exchanges heat with water and air sprayed from the outside of the coil through the coil wall. The temperature of the refrigerant gas decreases as the time in the pipe increases, and gradually changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state. The super strong wind of the fan makes the spray water fully cover the outer surface of the coil, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency. After spraying water and air absorb the heat from the coil wall, the temperature rises, and part of the water turns from liquid to gas, taking away a lot of heat from the pipe wall, and the water in the hot and humid air is intercepted by the water baffle and introduced into the PVC heat exchange layer , The hot air is discharged. The water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the fresh air flowing through, the temperature is lowered, and flows into the water collection tank, and then is sent to the sprinkler system by the water pump, and continues to circulate. The water lost to the air is automatically adjusted and supplemented by the water level control device.
