Cortland Allen Station is a resort-style apartment community located in Allen, Texas. Since installing synthetic turf does not require a permit or heavy equipment, scheduling was focused on the most important part of the project, the residents.

EarthWorks made sure to keep residents a priority by planning renovations one phase at a time. Project lead, Kevin Narveson, said, “We started in one area and completed it before ripping out another area. We still wanted residents to have places to go with pets or children.”

Though the project faced some weather delays, it was completed on time and on budget. The synthetic turf is a low-maintenance and mud-free solution to give the grounds an updated look and mirror the resort-style living environment.
