21 Jun. 22: Southeastern Tech continues the custom of expanding programs and offering real-world learning opportunities for learners by unveiling their latest project - the Culinary Arts program South Shore. The cook-in training helps you to learn the ins and outs of the food and restaurant industry. Our staff of renowned chefs puts their best dedication and life experiences into classes where efficient techniques in preparing, baking, and serving cuisines all over the world are taught in the Culinary Arts School South Shore Program. They offer the chance to manage a successful restaurant and kitchen. After graduation, you’ll be ready to succeed in the fast-paced food service business!

According to the management of Southeastern Tech, “The Culinary Arts School South Shore Program at Southeastern Technical is a precise 800-hour program that helps the learners to meet the challenges of the culinary business. All students of the Culinary Arts School South Shore Program will have the chance to become Serve-Safe Certified, Food Allergen Certified, TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certified, Crowd Manager Certified, ManageFirst Program Certified, and get their OSHA 10 card. However, the facility of enrollment is just restricted to 15 students.”

Our wide-ranging curriculum will provide students a balanced and full culinary experience unmatched by former programs in the Southeast and get them an array of unbelievable career opportunities across the hospitality business.

The learning program is geared toward a new sort of culinary professional who has equal mastery of the kitchen system and cultural examination. As people are getting more informed about their food choices, experts across the culinary industry must appreciate the cultural, political, and historical forces that get together in the kitchen. Students will learn how to arrange and present baked goods for sale in restaurant bakeries with significance placed on visual appearance and proper baking process.
