Prior to the founding of his firm, Brent Caldwell worked on the other side of the aisle where he represented the defendant and insurance companies in personal injury cases. During this time, he saw countless individuals fail to receive the compensation they deserved after a personal injury. He founded The Law Offices of Brent Caldwell to provide these individuals with the power and reliable representation they need to fight back against the insurance industry.

Mr. Caldwell received a B.A. in Political Science from San Diego State University and his law degree from Whittier Law School. He’s a member of the California State Bar, the Nevada State Bar, and serves on the board of directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA).
