“We have found that by being flexible we can cater to all budgets and a type of venue from an intimate party for a dozen or so guest’s right up to huge events catering to 300+ guests. People like a choice dependant on their circumstances.

Mike also personally sources all the ingredients locally.

“All our meats are free range and we only use the finest locally sourced ingredients to accompany the Hog Roast. It’s good old-fashioned plain cooking that’s tastes delicious! We are also getting inquiries about our new American themed menu. When I set the business up 4 years ago it was one of my priorities to only use the best ingredients. I see so many competitors using inferior, mass produced meats. We use a few, small local butchers for our meats and have a couple of bakers who bake all our breads. We never compromise on quality”

“All our produce is sourced locally in Essex and Hertfordshire and the pork and lamb are all free range, we can even provide organic meats if requested. We work closely with our suppliers to provide the finest fresh, seasonal food whilst always supporting “The Best of British”.

“Most of our catering is for weddings, corporate events and private functions whilst we mainly cover Essex, North London and Hertfordshire we are more than happy to travel wider afield to Middlesex, Kent, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Greater London.”
