Diamond Hotel Philippines' culinary team has helped reinforce the hotel’s claim of offering one of the best Best Dining Experience in Manila after winning the Silver and Bronze at the 2016 Philippines Culinary Cup. Through their extraordinary expertise and ability in the kitchen, the team was able to secure two Silver medals and four Bronze medals at the prestigious Philippine Culinary Cup 2016.

The Diamond Hotel has assembled one of the best culinary teams in the region to prepare amazing food and offer 5 Star Dining to their esteemed diners. The team of master chefs has been making exquisite dishes in a luxurious setting that offers guests a gastronomic retreat within the busy city of Manila.

Diamond Hotel’s culinary competition champions and their respective categories are: Chef Willson Tumanon, Silver for US Pork and Bronze for Local Fish and Seafood; Dream Team Challenge Silver Medalists Chef Mel Taylo, Chef Deo De Guzman, Chef Vhil Pascual and Chef Rod Nuñez; Chef Haney Ecraela ,Bronze for Quick Fire; Chef Mon Quilon, Bronze for US Beef; and Chef Dexter Sanchez, Bronze for Divella Pasta.
