Gigahash Miner announce private sale to open from May 10th; opens registration for KYC whitelist

On May 02, GigaHash announced the opening of the Know Your Customer (KYC) and whitelist registration for their upcoming exclusive private sale. The registrations opened on May 01 at 8:00PM UT.

Instead of offering investment opportunity to a few large investors, The Company allows individuals to be part of this crowd funded mining operation and share daily mining profit.

GigaHash offers ERC20 based tokenized cloud contracts named as GHS. Each GHS token will be backed by 1 GH/s of mining power. Tokens will be tradable in external exchanges as well as pays daily dividend based on mining profitability.

KYC and Whitelist

To participate in the KYC and whitelist process, users will need to register for a GigaHash Miner account. To create an account, users will need to provide their first and last names, e-mail address, and valid bitcoin/ ethereum address.

Token sale

The GHS private sale begins on May 10, 2018, at 17:00 UT and its ends on May 14, 2018, at 18:00 UT. In private sale 1,000,000 GHS tokens (10% of total supply) are committing for sale. Token will be offered at an exclusive special price of $0.15 during this time. The minimum individual contribution is US$750 (5,000 GHS) and maximum is capped at US$7,500 (50,000 GHS), so no individual corner the major chunk of the token.
