This can be viewed at their customer help portals where in the user can check if there are any customer support professionals who are online. In case, there are no customer support team online, users can leave a message stating the issues which they are facing. These messages would be taken care of by the customer support team on a priority basis, and the corresponding customer would be called or replied accordingly. This feature, however, is not very frequently used.
