PT. Tenaga Kerja Kompeten Indonesia (TenagaKompeten.com) announces another successful Training for Trainer certified BNSP for Indonesian Trainers, Motivators, and Instructors. This time the training is held privately for Futaba Industrial Indonesia, a well-known company in Cikarang. The training was held in a hotel in Cikarang.

This training and competence certification was followed by chosen trainers of the company’s education center. The event was held from Sep 26-27h and 29 2023

This training is led by Tenaga Kerja Kompeten Indonesia’s senior trainer Mr. Kholil Latief. Mr. Kholil is a certified Master Trainer from BNSP/IPCB (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi / Indonesian Profession Certification Body. Co-trainer for this program is Mr. Tegar Bagaskara.

Present as participants are senior staff and trainer, Mr. Sudarmawan, Ms. Zakia Nur Syahadah, and Mr. Usep Sujono. With this training, the company hopes that their internal trainer/ internal instructor can meet the regulations, be more impactful in their training sessions, meet the BNSP standard for competence-based training, and raise their bar as they are certified by BNSP.

BNSP/IPCB (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi / Indonesian Profession Certification Body) is Indonesian authorized profession competence certification. Tenaga Kerja Kompeten Indonesia is an approved Training and Competence venue certificate (Tempat Uji Kompetensi/TUK) through a legitimate and registered Instructor Competency Certification Body.
