Born and raised in XYZ, Victor Rigoni III learned how to build houses from spending time with his client, who was known for constructing homes. He spent two to three hours a day with him at the job site, watching and learning the many different aspects of new construction.

“The first house I built was for myself and my family. I felt that if I was going to make any mistakes since this would be my first effort at new construction, it would be on my own home. Fortunately, the whole process went relatively smoothly.” Victor Rigoni III mentioned.

However, many would agree to spend time with his clients at an earlier stage paid him well as Victor Rigoni III now possesses twenty years of professional experience in the financial advice sector and served as an adviser for Northshore Capital Group. In 1990, Victor Rigoni III began to invest in real estate. Soon he was seen purchasing his first home in 1982. It was the start of Victor Rigoni III’s career; it was obvious he understood real estate investment and real estate finance. So, Victor Rigoni III borrowed the money for the down payment of his first rental property.

It wasn’t long before Victor Rigoni III identified a gap in the market. He stated, “There was a niche in the local real estate market in which homes were offered for sale situated on two lots and not fully priced since the adjoining lot was not valued as a buildable lot. It was evident where the market was lacking.”

Victor Rigoni III went on to prepare his own investment strategy. Victor Rigoni III’s investment strategy was to purchase such properties and then pick up and move the garage to the lot on which the existing home was located. At first, the idea was not highly liked. But as time went on, people realized how efficient Victor Rigoni III’s idea was. As a result of the implementation, there was a lot of freed-up space to construct new houses.
