FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Sandton, South Africa (September 30, 2019) - Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng is a Self-proclaimed prophet and resurrection pastor and seeked for some better understanding regarding the legal charges made against his name by chairperson of Cultural, Religious and Linguistics (CRL) Rights Commission. This scenario took place after the chairperson opened up a case against him, which took place a year back.

In the morning program by eNCA, Mboro gave rise to some comments insulting the chairperson of CRL. It was the result of some old grudges between him and Chairperson Thoko Mkhwanazi-Xaluva. Later, this fake pastor was exposed to this case, which was filed against him by the chairperson, who claimed that the pastor called her a liar on national TV and that violated a protection order.

The current CRL commission has later confirmed that they issued a protection order against the Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng on October 4th, 2017. Later, an arrest warrant was issued against the prophet but later it got suspended due to his conditions. Later, the commission elaborated that the prophet breached one term that stated, “Motsoeneng is now prohibited from engaging in any communication aimed towards Mrs. Mkhwanazi-Xaluva and by any means., whether the conversation is to humiliate, degrade complainant or abuse her rather emotionally.”

Commission actually made it clear that fake prophet Mboro breached one statement where the respondent will not insult, ridicule the present complainant in any way possible. Such some important facts were actually confirmed by commission spokesperson Mpiyakhe Mkholo, who stated that the prophet violated prohibitions by calling Mkhwanazi-Xaluva a liar.
