What the design and rules are for deadman mode?

Basically, the main concept is remained as high risk and high return mode with PvP enabled everywhere and item gaining by killing. And being killed will lead to xp losing and bank raiding. Now here more details are revealed. 50% XP will lose on death in pvp, but it is also easier to gain xp with 5 times XP granted. Besides, you can protect up to 5 skills at a time to avoid losing xp in these skills on death. Then goes for items losing, similar as before, when you are killed by a player, they will be able to raid your bank for one inventory worth of items. But now you are allowed to insure your items and protect them from being raided. These protected items will automatically drop on the floor if you die with them wearing, though. Finally, safe zones are shown that created in cities and villages, and any player who enters these safe zones when skulled will be attacked by high level guards (and they will kill you). Suggestions: safe zones should be reduced and adjusted

As it was designed, the safe zones provide players place to train skill without danger of losing 07 rs item. However, for many players, there are too many safe zones, so they suggest reducing the number of safe zones or adjusting the area of zones. For example, barbarian village and Piscatoris fishing colony shouldn't be safe zones because they are too small and have decent resources. Same goes for Rellekka. Instead, make all of the Guilds as safe zones. Currently some guilds like Magic, Warrior, and Fishing, it would be better to add others like Champions, Heroes, Legends, Cooking, Crafting, and Ranging.

Suggestion II: skills protection should be reduced or random

In this new design, you can set protection on skills to not lose xp. However, 5 skills protected are too many because of the 5x XP rates, so it should be reduced to be 2 or 3. Besides, 5 skills of choice may promote building "assassin" accounts since players would protect most of their combat skills. This rule will destroy the entire concept. Thus, the suggestions come out to protect 5 skills randomly, or 2 skills of choice and 3 skills that picked randomly. The choosing 2 skills allows people to keep stuff like prayer and HP which at least is a safety net to try to get away, while the random 3 skills can make a balance.

It seems that a lot of time is still needed to make deadman mode perfect, and your suggestion may lead to important impact. So be active to show your ideas before deadmam mode is published on poll.
