1, cracking

2, surface defects

The main types of surface quality defects of stamped parts are impact line, sliding line, landslide, dark pit, surface deformation and so on. For outer panel parts, the outer surface is not allowed to be defective.

3, wrinkle

Since the magnitude of the thickness direction is greatly different from the size of the plane direction, the thickness direction is unstable. When the stress in the plane direction reaches a certain level, the thickness direction is unstable and wrinkles are generated.

4, bending

The bending angle is unsatisfactory → the gap between the convex and concave molds is too large, and the matching angle of the convex and concave molds does not match the thickness of the sheet material.
