A material that is more brittle must have a large relative bending radius when bent, otherwise cracking is likely to occur during bending.

3, the stretching of the sheet, especially the deep drawing, is a difficult one in the sheet metal processing process, not only requires the depth of the stretching to be as small as possible, the shape is as simple as possible, the smooth transition, and the material is required to have good plasticity. Otherwise, it is very easy to cause the whole part to be distorted, partially wrinkled, or even stretched at the stretching part.
