Unfortunately, most modern societies don’t have an equitable system because some demographics remain underrepresented. While modern society has tried to make things more just and fair, the reality is that most politicians, policy-makers, decision-makers, corporate leaders, and other influential people are older citizens. Young people don’t have a platform to share their ideas, thoughts, and views.

That’s where Youth With a Future enters the mix. Youth With A Future was established in 2013 and has steadily worked for youth empowerment. It helps urban communities recognize the importance of youth leadership and encourages them to play a role in youth empowerment.

The non-profit organization aims to help young individuals become effective leaders who represent their communities and other young people in important decision-making processes. However, equipping young people with the necessary skills and capabilities is crucial before they can reach such positions. As a result, Youth With a Future provides development opportunities to young people through training sessions and workshops.

The organization provides various channels for the youth to develop and hone leadership skills, learn more about social issues, and help bring about transformational change in urban communities. It offers online classes, workshops, conferences, mentoring, and networking opportunities to help young people get the knowledge and training they need to become socially responsible leaders. These opportunities focus on the organization’s core values, promoting integrity, community building, cultural communication, and selfless stewardship.

We also have pastors and church leaders to educate our young individuals.”
