Concentrate on doing big multi-joint movements that stimulate the most muscles to build muscle mass. Exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses , shoulder presses, chins, dips, and rows stimulate the most muscle and by doing so, build the most muscle mass. Single joint movements isolate a specific muscle group, and are still great Muscle Building exercises, but do not build muscle like big multi-joint exercises.

Never attempt to lift weights that will prevent you from finishing an exercise set. Lifting weights that are too heavy will only raise the risk of getting an accident. In addition, it will only ruin your form during training.

The reason for this is that your body loves carbs. It turns the carbs into fuel for the body. However, with this diet, the body is tricked into using fat for its fuel instead of carbs. Depending on who you talk to, this diet may also cause you to lose muscles as well.

It is very important to note that you must follow the steps above( sleep, water, exercise, and eat right) in order to be successful at losing the belly fat and your overall weight. Sit Ups will not do the job alone.
