What needs to be met in order for a restaurant to register as an IRCTC food vendor?

To sell food for IRCTC, any hotel or restaurant must obtain a license from the FSSAI. All food vendors, including retailers, hawkers, owners of temporary food stalls, and other small-scale food business operators, must have an annual turnover of more than Rs. 12 lakhs or a production capacity of more than 100 kg/liters per day in order to obtain an authorization certificate from the FSSAI.

Additionally, in order to apply for IRCTC e- catering services, they must first register with the FSSAI if their yearly revenue is less than Rs. 12 lakhs.
