Vishwanath Akuthota is an India-originated techie who has hiked larger peaks in the world of Data Science.
His journey from being an ordinary student to a Data science professional is inspirational and serves as a path for future data science aspirants and working professionals who thrive in the data science space.
He has over 10 years of experience in various IT roles, including software engineering, business project manager, data architect, and data scientist, at organizations like Electronics Corporation of India Limited, Aramark Corporation, New York State of Information Technology services, Genent Enterprises, RoundSqr, and more. As a Graduate Assistant, he proactively participated in training new members in achieving the targeted goals.

The Onset
Vishwanath completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2013.
Since he aspired to be a Data scientist in the area of a particular subject, He pursued his master of science and MBA in Information Technology from United States.
During his Bachelor's degree, he served as second in command senior cadet for the 9 Andhra unit, at National Cadet Corps-Indian Army. Where he trained his juniors for passive air defence skills. After his graduation, he worked as a lead project engineer in Electronics Corporation of India Limited in Hyderabad. And post his Master's, Vishwanath worked for various industries in different domains.

Higher Education in Abroad:
Setting a mission towards abroad studies motivated him to pursue his master's in Information Technology in the United States of America. Being passionate about quantum computing technologies and knowledge sharing, he proactively participated in assisting his juniors and professors during their research and trained graduates in their career growth.
He also pursued his MBA in New York 2017 to understand how businesses work based on information technology. During his course on IT, he went through various programming courses which multiplied his interest in research in the world of quantum and data science.

The first step towards the desired career option:
His interest in data science drew him to the next level as he got an opportunity as a business project manager at Troy saving bank music hall a place that gave an idea of a career in data science where he patron demographic analysis by using a tableau desktop.
He effectively made use of the data blending feature in tableau for competitor ticket pricing analysis. Later on, he worked in various departments.

An opportunity that drove him:
His continuous efforts and innovative skills placed him as a project manager and data scientist at Aramark Corporation during his last semester where his creative perception within the organization was that he has impressive data capabilities that assisted the company in multiplying its revenue.
He was passionate about playing with data and learning various skills to analyze information while working at multiple firms on the other hand.
He kept himself continuously motivated, enhanced his leadership skills, the team-built activities, and new initiatives for the development of the team and organization.

His proficiency and exceptional skillset made him be a part of the New York State of Information Technology as a lead data scientist where he steered a team of 13 members who are from different firms combined and required to finish a project within a month. And with no surprise, Vishwanath with his team had successfully delivered within the time by analyzing the business prospects using business metrics.

Current Work Experience:
He is currently playing a vital multi-functional role in a multi-National company interfacing with Client Managers, Suppliers, Finance, and Procurement managers and this position is directly under the supervision of c-level people in the company.
He built a Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) model for analysis of California company with a team of 3 members. This was a python based model and statistical algorithms for the predictive hypothesis of customer data. Currently developing a customer-centric chatbot with a team of 25 members working remotely from San Jose, California, and London, United Kingdom.
On a personal note, Vishwanath believes in hard work and smart thinking.
