The workpiece is taken as a separate body of the entire grinding system, and the differential equation of the workpiece force balance is established, and the law of movement of the workpiece can be obtained by solving the equation. 

The main engine of the pneumatic grinder is driven by a speed-regulating motor, equipped with a high-power deceleration system, soft start, soft stop, and stable operation. Through the upper and lower grinding discs, the sun wheel, and the star wheel during processing, four directions and coordinated grinding motions are formed to achieve the efficient operation of simultaneous grinding of the upper and lower surfaces.
