Aquar-System, a company engaged in the design and develop of technical tools and automatic process control system, has announced that it has released A 3150 grain flow moistening system. It enables to automate grain moistening processes as well as to control grain preparation, stabilization of finished products and energy consumption. With the help of this system it is possible to measure moisture content in such agricultural crops as wheat, rye, barley, corn, triticale, buckwheat, millet, sunflower, bean cultures, etc.
The key element of A 3150 moistening system is A 315 microwave moisture sensor. This moisture sensor ensures high accuracy of measurements regardless of such factors as grain density, its variety, quality, temperature, etc. The automated moistening system ensures the stabilization of grain moisture due to automated water supply that depends on grain consumption, water consumption and its pressure as well as on specified final water content. Applied moisture sensor can be integrated with other automatic devices, machinery and management systems with the RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces or of the current output. Besides A 315 microwave moisture sensor, moisture measurement and consumption module has A 352 sensor. The installation of A 352 and A 315 sensors may be performed both joined and separately. System’s technological parameters are displayed at the operators screen. After the installation of A 3150 additional calibration is not required during its whole service life.
